Terms of Service

Tezio processes audio and video recordings to create speaker-labelled transcripts, meeting protocols, decisions, action items, owners, deadlines and related work products. Available features may vary by package and may change as the Service develops.

Your private workspace is associated with your email account. You are responsible for keeping your password and email access secure. You can return to your meetings, projects and minute balance from another supported browser or device by signing in again.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Tezio for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it and that both you and the organisation accept these Terms.

You retain your rights in recordings, text and other material you provide.

You give Tezio a limited, non-exclusive right to host, convert and process that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. You must have all rights and permissions required to record, upload and process the material, including any notice or consent required from participants.

Do not upload material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains malware, or that you are not authorised to disclose. You are responsible for reviewing the result before relying on it or sharing it.

A source recording is kept only while Tezio creates the requested result. After the transcript and protocol have been successfully saved, the source recording is deleted. If processing fails, it may be retained briefly for a retry so that you do not need to upload it again. Temporary source objects are subject to an automatic seven-day expiration limit.

Generated transcripts, protocols, tasks and workspace metadata are retained so the result remains available in your workspace. Contact support to request deletion.

Transcripts and summaries are generated automatically and may contain omissions, incorrect speaker labels, inaccurate names, dates or conclusions. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Tezio does not guarantee that an output is complete or error-free.

You must apply human review before making decisions, publishing a result or using it in a high-impact context. The Service does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on your behalf.

• Tezio offers one-time packages of processing minutes. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• Prices and included minutes are displayed in United States dollars on the pricing page. Checkout is hosted by a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider.
• A first successful package purchase receives the bonus minutes displayed at checkout or on the pricing page. The bonus is granted once per workspace.
• Blockchain network fees, exchange rates and settlement times are controlled by the selected network and payment provider and may change independently of Tezio.
• Minutes are credited after payment confirmation and are non-transferable. Processing consumes minutes according to the recording duration shown before or after upload.

If a confirmed payment is not credited, contact support@tezio.tech with the invoice or transaction reference. We will investigate and correct the balance or provide another remedy required by applicable law.

Payments are generally final after minutes have been credited. If Tezio does not credit a confirmed purchase or materially fails to provide the purchased processing service, contact support within 14 days. Tezio will review the request and, where appropriate, restore minutes, correct the result or issue a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Consumed minutes, blockchain network fees, currency conversion costs and failures caused by unsupported, corrupted or unlawfully supplied files are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may not:

• use the Service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property or recording-consent rights;
• upload malicious code or attempt to access another workspace, account, system or data;
• circumvent usage limits, probe security, overload the Service, scrape it or automate access without written permission;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
• use results to deceive, impersonate, harass or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.

The Service, software, interface, branding and documentation are owned by or licensed to Tezio. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Tezio technology or branding.

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, perform maintenance or introduce limits. We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or non-payment.

Tezio relies on service providers for infrastructure, temporary storage, speech and AI processing, analytics, email and hosted payment checkout. Their services may be subject to separate terms. Tezio is not responsible for a third-party service outside its reasonable control, but remains responsible for selecting and managing providers as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Tezio disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tezio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Tezio’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

You may stop using Tezio at any time. We may restrict or end access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk or use the Service unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimer and liability terms, remain in effect.

Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. If it is not resolved, either party may bring a claim before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available in your place of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms to reflect Service, legal or security changes. The current version and effective date will remain available here. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where reasonably possible. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
